• Personalized Care:
  Deliver skilled nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and cardiac/respiratory support.
• Care Coordination:
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans.
• Patient Advocacy:
  Build trust with patients and their families through clear communication and emotional support.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all agency and regulatory standards.
• Supervision and Training:
  Guide and mentor LPNs and Home Health Aides to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Credentials:
  Current RN license in Virginia with experience in public health, home health care, or hospital settings.

  Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of hands‑on nursing experience, preferably in skilled care or private duty.
• Leadership and Independence:
  Confidence in managing care plans and working autonomously in a home setting.
• Empathy and Communication:
  Strong ability to connect with patients and families while maintaining professionalism.
• Physical Capabilities:
  Ability to perform nursing duties, including patient transfers and travel to residences.
