Pay: Up to £26,520.00 per year

Hours:

30 hours per week

Process the monthly and annual payroll for approx. 350 employees in Sage including the posting and reconciliation into the management accounts

Process and maintain the company pension scheme through Aviva

Calculate and process monthly stock adjustments within Food, Liquor, Spa and Golf to ensure margins are on budget

Manage the fixed asset register ensuring all new items are added. Calculate and post the monthly depreciation calculations to the management accounts

Reconcile and report on the Gift Voucher balances across the hotels

Complete the month end procedures and account reconciliations

Produce a balance sheet at the end of each month as part of the monthly management accounts

Complete year end procedures and reconciliations in a timely manner

Support the business with the provision of timely financial and statistical information

Work with the team to ensure we successfully complete our annual financial audit working with our accountants

Assist with adhoc banking and financial processing.

Min. 5 years previous experience in a similar role in the accounts department with a medium sized company; ideally within hospitality sector

Qualified to AAT level four or similar, or equivalent experience

Proficient to advanced level Excel and able to interrogate and manipulate data to give desired outcomes

Previous working knowledge /experience of Sage 200 and Sage 50 would be advantageous

Demonstrable high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all outputs.

Highly organised and self-disciplined.
