Cooper Lomaz is delighted to be partnering with a growing international management consulting firm to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant. This is a hands‑on role in a small finance team, offering exposure to global finance, multi‑entity reporting, and strategic business partnering.
The RoleAs an Accountant, you’ll play a key part in supporting group-wide management accounts and reporting, contributing across forecasting, budgeting, consolidated reporting, global payroll, and tax coordination. You’ll also support the firm’s digital business with insightful financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities Management Accounts- Support month‑end reporting, including P&L vs budget analysis
- Build forecasting and budgeting models for central costs and digital projects
- Provide insightful analysis as a business partner to management
- Deliver cash flow forecasting and weekly cash reporting
- Review A/P and expense processes, advising team members as needed
- Assist with consolidated revenue reporting by client and source
- Support development of dashboards and reports to improve global visibility
- Help enhance reporting on PM revenue, associate utilisation, industry mix, and work types
- Act as the global tax liaison, working with external accountants across 5 legal entities
- Manage health insurance for UK and Singapore, including enrolments and annual renewals
- Support administration and renewal of global insurance policies
- Contribute to designing and rolling out improved financial reports
- Identify opportunities to automate or streamline finance processes
- Support the team in improving efficiency and operational excellence
- 3+ years in finance or accounting (qualified by experience or part‑qualified)
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with multi‑entity or global group structures and multiple currencies is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with modern tools (Power BI, Xero) advantageous
- Exposure to intercompany transactions, cash forecasting, payroll, and tax compliance desirable
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and enjoys problem‑solving in an evolving environment
- Excellent attention to detail, capable of working accurately and at pace
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
