Location: Based in London on a hybrid basis with travel to Suffolk as required.

Benefits
  • Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.

Sizewell C is entering an exciting phase of growth as we mature into an independent organisation and continue building one of the UK’s largest and most important energy projects.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead IMS Specialist to support the Integrated Management System for the Sizewell C project. You will ensure that the IMS is robust, compliant, and embedded across the organisation, supporting safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery in a highly regulated nuclear environment.

About You
  • Proven experience in a senior IMS, quality, or management systems role within nuclear, infrastructure, energy, or other highly regulated environments
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO management system standards and integrated systems
  • Experience engaging with regulators and external auditors
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confident working in complex, large scale projects with multiple delivery partners
  • Lead auditor qualification (desirable)
  • Knowledge of UK nuclear regulatory frameworks (highly desirable)
