Guest Service Representative – Part‑Time Evenings
Sentara Belle harbour is hiring a Guest Service Representative to work part time evenings.
OverviewThe Guest Service Representative is a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. Responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and addressing concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
Education- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year customer service (required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Healthcare experience (preferred)
