Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Position Summary

The Project Manager leads commercial and industrial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships and driving overall project performance.

• Manage all phases of construction projects from award to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor costs, approve pay applications, and manage change orders
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contract requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation (RFIs, submittals, schedules, reports)
• Identify and mitigate risks to protect schedule and profitability

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle
• Strong understanding of construction documents and cost control
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety standards
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
