• Safely operate dumpers and rollers to transport, spread, and compact materials on site
• Carry out pre‑start checks and report any defects or issues promptly
• Work closely with site supervisors, banksmen, and other plant operators to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain tidy and safe working areas while moving and compacting materials
• Ensure accurate material placement and compaction to meet project standards

• In date CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo
• Previous experience operating dumpers and rollers on construction or civil engineering sites is essential. Candidates should be confident handling materials, compacting surfaces, and working safely in a busy site environment under the guidance of supervisors and banksmen.
