Job Summary

INTERN-Grant Manager Assistant

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end compliance and reporting requirements for OAHMP, ensuring adherence to HUD and organizational standards.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting grant proposals and applications.
  • Conduct research to identify potential funding sources and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on grant objectives.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance grant management skills.
  • Communicate with grantors to clarify requirements and expectations.
  • Support the development of strategic plans for grant acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate of grant applications and funding received.
  • Monitor grant compliance and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the evaluation of grant outcomes and impact.
  • Track and analyze grant performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Support the development of grant budgets and financial reports.
  • Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Experience / Qualifications
  • Proficiency in grant writing and proposal preparation.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research on funding sources.
  • Eagerness to learn and improve grant management skills.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with grantors and stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metric tracking.
  • Comfortable in a results-driven and high-visibility work setting.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to support strategic planning and development initiatives.
  • Experience or coursework in financial report creation.
