• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership requirements and ethical standards
• Perform Virginia State Inspections, maintenance, alignments, minor brake and suspension work
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional needed services and provide estimates of time
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

• Virginia State Inspectors License, in process, or willingness to obtain
• 2+ Years of automotive maintenance and service experience
• Strong teamwork skills
• Great attitude
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
