Receptionist; Part-Time

We are looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist to join our team two days a week. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and provide essential administrative support. The role also includes covering colleagues during holidays and short-term sickness.
DetailsDays: Monday & Tuesday
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors; manage calls, post, and deliveries
- Prepare meeting rooms and maintain a professional reception area
- Assist with scanning, data entry, s, and other admin tasks
- Support colleagues with ad hoc duties while maintaining confidentiality
What We’re Looking For:
- Reception or front-of-house experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email)
- Legal or professional services experience is a bonus
