What You'll Own

As our Senior Process Technologist, you will:

Drive product concepts through process design, scale-up and manufacturing readiness
Lead factory trials end‑to‑end - scheduling, cross‑functional coordination, execution and reporting
Define and validate processing parameters, packaging settings and all variables required for successful scale-up
Evaluate and validate new equipment to ensure it delivers the expected product quality and throughput
Ensure all new formulations, ingredients and BOMs are correctly set up for the line
Prepare trial documentation, summarise learnings and make recommendations for next steps
Develop or update SOPs and train operators before handover to the production team
Support launch readiness - including yield analysis, validation records and QAS approvals
Supervise first production runs and provide troubleshooting and optimisation support
Coordinate product launch timelines with Planning, Ops and Product teams
Conduct post‑launch reviews to drive continuous improvement

What You Bring

Strong experience leading factory‑scale trials in a product development setting
Proven track record scaling products from pilot to full production
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret results and clearly justify decisions
Confident communicator and proactive problem‑solver
Able to work independently within defined project scopes, escalating risks where needed
Experience producing high‑quality documentation suitable for stage-gate approval Qualifications

Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Process Engineering
HACCP & Food Safety certification
5+ years in FMCG or a related manufacturing industry
