Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 5:00pm

Competitive – dependent on experience

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bench Joiner to work within a workshop environment. This role is strictly bench-based, with no site installation required, as fitting works are handled by a separate team.

Key Responsibilities

* Bench hand joinery within a workshop setting

* Manufacturing bespoke wooden products including doors, windows, and kitchen components

* Producing high-quality joinery to drawings and specifications

* Working with traditional and modern joinery techniques

* Supporting heritage-style works and staircase manufacturing where required

* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and workshop organisation

Requirements

* NVQ in Joinery (or equivalent experience)

* Proven bench joinery experience

* Ability to read and work from drawings

* Strong attention to detail and finish

* Reliable and punctual

Tools:

* Tools provided

* Candidates may use their own hand tools if preferred
