Care Driver – Stable Double

We’re a local, CQC‑registered care provider focused on safe, sustainable rotas — not burnout. We’re strengthening our Suffolk team and are looking for reliable drivers who want stability, clarity, and respect.

• £14.00 per hour
• 45p per mile mileage paid from your first call
• Guaranteed hours (28–32 hours available)
• Double‑up domiciliary care only (no lone rural runs)
• Predictable routes and planned rotas
• Supportive coordination team — no last‑minute firefighting
• Opportunity to pick up extra hours if you want them

• Community domiciliary care in double‑up packages
• Supporting service users safely in their own homes
• Working with a consistent partner where possible
• Focus on quality care, not rushed visits

• Be a driver with access to your own vehicle
• Be reliable and committed to consistent work
• Have a caring attitude (experience preferred but not essential)
• Have the right to work in the UK — we are not able to offer sponsorship for this role

• Clear mileage policy (no hidden rules)
• Wed rather say no to unsafe packages than overwork staff
• Calm, respectful management
• A provider that plans ahead, not panics
