Global Mobility Tax Associate

Our client, a leading tax, accountancy, and business advisory firm, is seeking a Global Mobility Tax Associate to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll provide expatriate tax compliance and international assignment advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll prepare and review complex tax returns, conduct entry and exit consultations, and advise on the tax and social security implications of international moves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied client portfolio across global mobility and expatriate tax.
• Prepare/review complex tax returns and conduct entry/exit consultations.
• Advise clients on international assignment planning and HMRC interactions.
• Draft technical reports and advisory notes.
• Support or review the work of junior team members. Requirements:
• ATT/CTA (or equivalent) with relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of expatriate tax, social security, and global mobility issues.
• Confident liaising with HMRC and advising clients directly.
• Experience with SMEs or multinational clients; non-UK domicile/residence knowledge desirable.
• International share scheme experience advantageous. Benefits:
