Duties as KS2 Teacher:
Teach engaging and well‑planned lessons across KS2
Support pupils in developing core literacy, numeracy, and wider subject knowledge
Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of learning needs, including SEND
Maintain consistent routines and promote positive behaviour
Assess learning and provide constructive verbal feedback
Contribute to year‑group planning and collaborative practice
Encourage independence, resilience, and confidence in pupils
Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise pupil welfare
Ideal KS2 Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with strong KS2 teaching experience
Confident supporting pupils with varied needs and abilities
Effective behaviour management and classroom organisation
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Reflective, proactive, and committed to high‑quality teaching
Reliable, adaptable, and committed to supporting pupil progress
Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting pupil well‑being
