A great opportunity has arisen to work as part of our wonderful Customer Service Team in the evenings Tuesday to Thursday rom 5pm until 8.30pm

You will be based at our University and Professional Development Centre based in Western Way, Bury St Edmunds

Reporting to the Customer Service Lead you will be the first point of contact to visitor to the site

• Ensuring all visitor to the site receive a professional and efficient welcome
• Dealing with initial enquiries by email or in person including course information
• Operating the telephone and radio paging system
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
• Provide clerical support including data input

• GCSE/Level 2 English and Maths
• Qualified or working towards Level 2 in Customer Service ( Desired)

• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
• Outgoing cheerful personality
• Smart appearance
• An organised methodical and flexible approach to work
• Ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and TEAMS
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
