Perform paste extrusion by making tubing out of Teflon powder, mixing and blending materials, and managing petroleum lube to create preform billets.;
Operate equipment using two monitors for control and data entry, and manage the production process from cold storage to the warm room.;
Handle billets by loading them onto conveyors, using different dies for product lines, and ensuring accurate tube dimensions.;
Conduct winding and braiding operations, attaching spools to machines, setting wire tension, and performing periodic quality checks.;
Process hoses by attaching them to machines, running them through wash tanks, and performing weekly cleaning of machines and oil filtration systems
