• Meet an overall sales quota
• Build relationships with orthodontists, their staff, and orthodontic residents
• Work with a team consisting of inside sales, customer service, and accounts receivable
• Grow market share and sales volume within assigned geography
• Manage customer discounts, orders, receivables, and overall satisfaction
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
• Use a personal vehicle for company business under the FAVR program and maintain a compliant driver record

To set you up for success from day one, Solventum requires the following at a minimum:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND four (4) years of relevant experience
• OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND eight (8) years of relevant experience
• Current, valid Driver’s License

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed:

• Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and order entry software
• History of developing customer relationships
• Understanding of time and territory management
• Comfort level with technical information and numbers
• Ability to speak and teach in front of large groups
• Strong work ethic, people skills, and a competitive background

Remote – must live within the Greater Boston area. Travel may include up to 20% domestic.
