Health Care Assistant

We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistants to work on a temporary agency basis within elderly care homes. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference to residents’ daily lives by providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

* Supporting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

* Assisting with mobility, transfers, and repositioning

* Helping with meals and hydration

* Providing companionship and emotional support

* Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition

* Following care plans, policies, and safeguarding procedures

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant (care home or similar setting preferred)

* A caring, patient, and respectful attitude

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Willingness to work flexible shifts

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

* Training certificates
