Join our leading freight‑moving company as a Dock Worker. In this critical role, you will be responsible for:

• Efficiently loading and unloading cargo using electronic handheld devices to ensure accurate and timely freight movement.
• Meticulously documenting any freight discrepancies, including shortages, overages, damages, or unmarked items, using our advanced tracking system.
• Accurately measuring and weighing freight using specialized equipment such as the Dimensioner machine, or performing manual calculations when necessary.
• Collaborating effectively with fellow dock workers and truck drivers to maintain smooth operations and meet company standards.
• Strategically loading freight in the correct sequence to optimize space utilization and maintain dock organization.
• Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks as required by changing operational needs.

• Forklift Operation: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or dock setting.
• Attendance: Demonstrated record of excellent punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Cross‑Dock
  
  Experience:
  
  Prior experience in cross‑dock operations is preferred but not required.
• Performance Under Pressure: Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality in high‑pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
• Physical Capability: Capable of repeatedly lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Multitasking: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑Solving: Strong critical thinking, decision‑making, and judgment skills to address operational challenges effectively.
