Location: Greater Sudbury

We are urgently looking for experienced Field Service Heavy Equipment Mechanics in the Sudbury area to join an award-winning heavy equipment repair organization that has been in business for over 70 years.

    • Heavy Duty Technicians will work out of a well-equipped service truck to diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on a variety of construction, forestry, and mining equipment.

    JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years heavy equipment repair experience (i.e. dozers, loaders, excavators, skid steers, rock truck, graders, etc.)
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • A Heavy Equipment Mechanic License OR Registered 5th Year Apprentice, preferred but not required
  • Own tools
  • Valid G drivers license and clean driving record

    • All hired HD Mechanics must pass a pre-employment background check (Criminal and Driving)

    Shifts
    :
    Days, Monday Friday. Plenty of OT available.

    Compensation
    :

    · $38.00 - $45.00/hour+++

    · Comprehensive Benefit Package after 90 days (Medical, Dental, Health, Vision, Life Insurance)

    · $ Annual Safety Boot Allowance

    · Overtime paid after 8.5 hours each day
