Overview

Toromont Cat is looking for a Component Rebuilder, Hydraulic to join our Hydraulics team! This position will safely and effectively diagnose and repair/rebuild our powertrain components in a timely manner.

• Participate in safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours and practices at all times in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy/Programs and best practices
• Repair/rebuild Hydraulic Cylinders, for our customers in a timely and economical manner
• Follow Caterpillar reusability Guidelines and Toromont ISO procedures
• Prepare service reports and service documentation in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure internal and external customers’ requirements are met in an efficient, knowledgeable and professional manner

• Completion of an accredited Trade School program
• Minimum 3 years’ applicable experience in a comparable industrial environment
• Computer and systems literate, proficiency with DBS, Excel and Word
• Knowledge of CAT SIS, or experience with Toromont parts operations would be an asset
