Maintenance Technician at ESCO Group LLC — M-F, 6a-3p.
Purpose of Role: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the reliability, safety, and efficiency of industrial equipment and systems. They will perform preventative and reactive maintenance on various machines as well as maintain the upkeep of the building.

- Preventative Maintenance:
Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns and extend machinery lifespan. Tasks include lubricating parts, tightening bolts, and replacing worn components. - Emergency Repairs:
Respond promptly to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues by diagnosing problems and restoring systems to full operation to minimize downtime. - Inspections:
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems (e.g., HVAC, fire alarms) to identify issues or safety hazards. Maintain and troubleshoot building systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. - Installation:
Assemble and install new machinery or equipment as required. - Record Keeping:
Accurately document maintenance activities, repair histories, and parts inventories using computerized maintenance management systems. - Safety First:
Demonstrate commitment to zero-harm behaviors in support of a world-class safety culture.
- 1+ years of experience with industrial maintenance, mechanical support, equipment repair, and installation of machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Computer skills – ability to maintain documents and repair history
