Garda World is seeking a compassionate and skilled Security Guard to join our Hospital Security team in Little Current, ON. As a first point of contact for patients, families and staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain transferable skills for future careers in Law Enforcement, Corrections or for advancement within the security industry or the Security Professional that wants to build their security career while making a positive impact on their community.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate motivation for wanting to work in a hospital setting, be able to always provide exceptional customer service and be physically able to move to and address emergent situations in a timely manner. At the Mindemoya Hospital, Security is your priority and your high-level Communication skills and ability to work cohesively within the Hospital team to support staff and patrons is key.

Starting Pay Rate: $23.75/Hour

Schedule: Continental rotation - 20:00 - 08:00

FULL TIME continental rotation (Week #1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday / Week #2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Applicants MUST be able to work the full schedule to be selected.
