We are looking for a Yard Supervisor to join our team in Sudbury, Ontario! You will play a crucial role in maintaining productivity while fostering a safe and organized work environment.

• Organizing and coordinating daily yard activities to ensure efficiency
• Assigning tasks to yard employees and monitoring workflow to meet daily operational goals
• Providing hands‑on support and guidance to team members
• Ensuring materials are sorted, processed and handled properly
• Motivating and encouraging employees to maintain productivity
• Communicating expectations and ensuring tasks are carried out accordingly
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Supervisor
• Previous experience in a recycling, industrial, construction or manufacturing environment
• Experience with heavy equipment (forklift, loader, etc.) is an asset
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to make quick decisions
• Hands‑on experience with yard equipment, material handling, or heavy machinery
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions
