A coffee retail company in Ontario is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day helpdesk support and manage server and network maintenance. The ideal candidate will hold a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science and possess 3-5 years of experience in IT roles, particularly within the retail or F&B industry. Responsibilities include configuring POS systems, supporting store openings, and liaising with HQ IT for system implementations.
Occasional travel may be required.
