Your Role as IT Solutions Analyst:

Researching and assessing emerging technologies and applications for organizational fit.

Planning and managing implementation of enterprise applications and departmental SaaS solutions.

Evaluating new Microsoft 365 features and coordinating deployment strategies.

Collaborating with business units to understand requirements and recommend solutions.

Ensuring compliance with security, governance, and integration standards.

Developing documentation and providing training for new technologies.
