A community support organization in Sudbury is seeking a compassionate Learning Specialist dedicated to equity and inclusion.
This role offers individualized learning support and career coaching for newcomer, migrant, BIPOC, and marginalized youth aiming to develop employment readiness and confidence. The ideal candidate will facilitate educational activities while creating inclusive, culturally responsive environments. A post-secondary education or relevant experience in education or social services is required, along with the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities. This position is funded by The Counselling Foundation of Canada.
