Job Description

Assist in daily operations including payments, receipts, staff claims, AP & AR transactions, Fixed assets, journals, GL etc

Assist in accounts monthly closing & reporting activities including bank reconciliation, posting journal entries etc

Support interim & year end external audits & internal control process audit

Handle & support admin work like answering call, pantries & stationery purchase etc

Assist in preparing/checking miscellaneous schedules/reports whenever required

Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Head of Department

Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual accounting schedules/reconciliation/GST submission & involve in other internal control compliances processes.

Job Requirements, functions, and qualifications

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any related field

Required:

At least 1-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Proficient in MS office applications, knowledge and experience in SAP

Preferably Executive specialized in Accounts/Administrative Support or equivalent
