• Manage and advise a portfolio of mid-sized clients with autonomy and trust
• Prepare annual financial statements and tax declarations
• Support clients on tax structuring, transactions, and succession planning
• Engage in national and international tax matters that challenge and grow you
• Act as the go-to expert for clients and colleagues alike

• Completed Tax Advisor Exam (Steuerberater/in)
• Proven experience as a Tax Assistant prior to certification
• Fluent German (min. B2) and client-facing confidence
• A structured, analytical mindset with a personal touch
• Curiosity, ambition, and the drive to keep evolving

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in transaction or structural tax advisory
• A desire to pursue further qualifications (CPA, specialist consultant, etc.)
