Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1246) – Sturgeon Bay, WI. This role offers a flexible work schedule with shifts posted by store leaders or team members.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Assist with checkout, guest services, gift registry, order pickup, drive-up, and related services while ensuring safety and quality.
• Understand and explain the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment when needed.
• Educate guests on Target app features and Wallet capabilities; direct guests to available fulfillment services.
• Handle returns following policies and work with leaders to resolve guest concerns.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience as needed.
• Provide accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Adhere to safety policies, report hazards, and follow training guidelines.
• Support Cash Office processes as needed and manage cash systems.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• You enjoy interacting with guests and teammates in a fast-paced, active environment.
• You are flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Ability to communicate effectively, multi-task, and stay composed in a dynamic setting.
• Willingness to educate guests about products and services and operate technology equipment as directed.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally with or without assistance.
