Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
Join Epic’s Horticulture team as a Seasonal Gardener and help maintain our vibrant and diverse outdoor spaces. You’ll support horticulturists in the care of gardens, green roofs, prairies, and orchards, while also assisting with tasks like weeding, watering, mowing, trimming, composting, and mulching. This role is physically demanding and includes regular crouching, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50lbs — ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a dynamic, natural setting.
We re hiring several passionate and detail-oriented gardeners who are ready to dig in. Pay starts at $22/hr.

- Experience using commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers and hand tools is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week through the growing season (~April-~November)
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Live within 45 minutes of Epic s campus in Verona, WI
