This full-time position at Door County Medical Center—an award-winning 25-bed critical access hospital consistently recognized among the nation's top 20 and part of the Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS)—offers an exceptional practice environment in scenic Sturgeon Bay. You'll be part of a collaborative, patient-focused team where your clinical expertise is valued.

Urgent Care Position Profile:

• 8 bed Urgent Care

• Urgent Care Clinic located across the hall from the ED

• Accessibility to hospital and lab/diagnostic facilities

• Medi Tech EMR with Dragon

• APPs work daily from 7a-7p

Emergency Department Position Profile:

• 12,000 Annual ED Volume

• Level IV Trauma Center

• 10 ED beds, 2 trauma bays, and 1 decontamination room

• Daily APP coverage with 10, 11 & 12 hour shifts

• Meditech EMR with Dragon

• CT/US available 24/7

Qualified Candidates:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of ED experience or Urgent Care experience as an NP/PA.
