Summary:

Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services, building account relationships and performing teller duties. Performs sales support activities for the sales area of the branch. On average, a minimum of 50% of activities will be devoted to sales and sales support. Performs office and administrative duties as assigned to support operational needs. Some Associate Bankers are assigned as Area Associate Bankers to support a number of branch locations.

• Open new accounts and perform deposit account maintenance; respond to customers promptly and courteously; ensure required forms are completed accurately and that the customer fully understands the terms and conditions of the accounts; ensure the customer receives the proper disclosures.
• Maintain an appropriate blend of Teller referrals and production at branch level to achieve referral and point goals.
• Provide basic information on consumer loan products and refer potential consumer loan customers to an appropriate individual.
• Identify additional customer opportunities and support sales objectives as assigned.
• Perform other duties as required by the manager to operate efficiently and effectively to ensure the success of North Shore Bank.
