, we are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our amazing team in our State-Of-The-Art practice in Sturgeon Bay, WI. We offer a job environment that you will love, starting with an amazing and collaborative team, and focused to provide best in class oral health care to our patients.

Schedule:
You will be thrilled to know that we work 5 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!
- Monday: 7:45am - 4:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:45am - 4:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:45am-5:00pm
- Thursday: 7:45am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:45am - 4:00pm
- Saturday:

Our Dental Front Office Coordinator
should (but not limited to):
- Meet and greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness is our number one priority
- Ability to learn dental verbiage, coding, and procedures
- Ability to learn insurance benefits and dental claim processing
- Manage patient documents and records
- Process and complete claim forms
- Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experience
- Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients
- Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules
- Demonstrate proper phone etiquette
- Participates and contributes to a positive work environment
- Warm and friendly personalities are welcomed!
- Open to those with no dental experience or working in a customer service role in another industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
