Overview: Shipping Associates provide exceptional customer service and help with shipping needs and unpackaged returns in our retail store. They collaborate and contribute to a fun, team‑oriented retail culture. Hiring immediately with training provided.

- Conduct all Full‑Serve Shipping and Unpackaged Returns activities, including customer engagement and preparing packages for pickup for third‑party carriers
- Provide strong customer service for Amazon returns, UPS shipping, and related services
- Identify customer needs for shipping and explain different options
- Maintain shipping area to ensure efficient processing and storage of packages
- Ensure supplies required for shipping and returns are in stock
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive, inviting environment
- Use basic selling skills to engage and present solutions
- Be flexible on responsibilities (e.g., online pick‑ups, cleaning, other duties as assigned)
- Flexible schedule based on store needs
- Engagement with customers and ability to drive additional sales
- Ability to lift/push/move materials up to 100 pounds
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multi‑task
- Collaboration and cooperation in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Conflict resolution in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner
- Integrity and honesty regarding customer and business information
