Bartender

Responsibilities

As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, ensuring the best drinks for guests and staff. You will create a great bar experience while maintaining a friendly attitude toward both customers and colleagues, and work hard while having a great time.

• Must be at least 21 years old (per state law).
• Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
• Committed to making an impact in the restaurant.

Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Capable of safely reaching, bending, stooping and frequently lifting up to 25 pounds. Responsible for transporting plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen roughly 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business). Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.

Ability to wear protective hand coverings, work with disinfectant cleaning supplies, wear protective face coverings and masks throughout the shift, and frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap.

Compensation:
Applebee's® Bartenders start at $6.75 PLUS tips. There is no fixed Final date to receive applications for this position.
