- Benefit eligibility varies by employment status and location. New hires are measured during the first twelve months to determine eligibility for ACA benefits. Those who work at least 130 hours per calendar month in the measurement period may enroll in major medical, dental, and vision plans.

Qualifications- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary.
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation.
