The Opportunity
We’re seeking motivated new graduates and early-career Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) who are eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. As part of our supportive, collaborative team, you’ll provide exceptional care while playing a key role in improving the health and well-being of our patients.
Your Impact- Provide Patient-Centered Care: Conduct health assessments, physical exams, and review medical histories to address short- and long-term patient needs while prioritizing high-quality, efficient patient care.
- Assess patient health: Interview patients, perform physical examinations, obtain, update, and study medical histories.
- Determine abnormal conditions: Administer or order diagnostic tests (e.g., x-rays, electrocardiograms, laboratory studies) and interpret test results.
- Perform therapeutic procedures: Administer injections and immunizations, suture, manage wounds and infections.
- Educate and Counsel: Empower patients with knowledge about their health, describe therapeutic regimens, provide guidance on growth and development, discuss family planning, and wellness.
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare clear, complete, accurate medical records for each patient under your care. Type, edit, and electronically sign notes and records using EMR in accordance with company policies. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, and adhere to infection-control policies and regulations. Comply with legal and professional requirements, including current and future legislation.
- Collaborate with a Team: Work collaboratively with other providers to efficiently treat patients and plan coordinated, timely dispositions (including transfers).

Education:
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, networking, and participating in professional societies.
- Education, Licensure, &
Certifications:
Master’s degree and certification by a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) certifying body. DEA license with no restrictions. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (we do not accept CPR, ACLS, or online-only classes). - Relevant experience: Clinical experience gained through rotations or other settings in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is preferred.

- Technically savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and clinical management systems (EMR).
- Strong knowledge of: Principles of customer service, applicable laws and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA), medical practices, pharmacology basics, and current medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment methods.
