What it Takes to be a Part of the Team
- Consistently follow all recipes, procedures, food storage, rotation, and safety guidelines to ensure every pizza meets our high standards for quality and food safety
- Stock and maintain your pizza station to manager-defined levels, ensuring you're fully prepared for every shift
- Take pride in crafting and presenting every pizza according to Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza specifications, from dough stretch to final toppings
- Uphold the highest sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout your shift to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Ability to follow pizza recipes and preparation procedures with precision and consistency
- Solid understanding of food safety, proper storage, and sanitation practices
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Takes pride in hand-crafting pizzas from scratch and presenting them to spec every time
- Comfortable working near high heat and standing for extended periods
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and thriving during busy, high-energy shifts
- Able to stay focused, multitask, and perform under pressure during peak service hours
Prior experience is highly preferred in one or more of the following roles: pizza maker, line cook, prep cook, grill cook, fry cook, chef, or other back-of-house (BOH) positions. Experience in fast-paced kitchens or with restaurant brands is a strong plus, whether full-time or part-time.
