Our Visiting Physicians of Treasure Coast provides medical services for homebound patients.

We are seeking aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Stuart, Florida office who can excel in the following:

• Assess patient needs, evaluate quality standards and establish patient satisfaction
• Manage referral process from phone calls to insurance verification while adhering to the EHR guidelines
• Schedule patient visits, manage patient requests such as meeting patient's equipment and/or medication needs toensure optimum patient care. Notify Director of Clinical Services of any operational or patient ca reissues
• Coordinate schedule for physicians, manage physician requests and inventory of supplies and equipment
• Manage, maintain and implement Quality Improvement Program
• Analyze coding and billing patterns to accurately assess current and future needs while meeting with government regulations
• Review records and reports for accurate ICD codes prior to final bill submission
• Create clear business model and strategic plan in coordination with marketing team to enhance business

• Successful completion of Agency's Core Nursing Test
• Valid/Current Florida Nursing License
• Minimum one year of field experience (Med/Surg nursing, home care nursing, etc.)
