Service Porter

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they arrive and assist with vehicle check-in.

Safely move vehicles to designated service and parking areas.

Keep the service drive clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Assist with vehicle inspections, fluid top-offs, and basic maintenance checks.

Provide shuttle services or valet assistance for customers as needed.

Ensure that customers have a positive and seamless experience from drop-off to pick-up.

Work closely with the service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery.

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of customer vehicles when returned after service.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.

Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude.

Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Automotive or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
