Customer Service Rep
We are hiring a Client Care Advisor to join our team to cover maternity leave for 12 months!
We are looking for a caring, helpful person with a friendly manner and good communication skills to join our reception team! As a member of our reception team you will be responsible for front of house duties as well as providing clerical support to the practice manager and other staff. You will need to be able to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload.
You will be required to work between Struthers and Scott and Jacksons Vets.
- Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to provide a high level of customer care.
- Meeting and greeting clients and pets.
- Booking appointments and diary management.
- Managing telephone and email enquiries.
- Taking payment for services and products.
- Managing cash and end-of-day banking.
- Maintaining a clean and safe space for our clients and their pets.
About the rota
This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week Monday-Friday. There will also be a share in the Saturday morning rota.
The successful applicant should be able to multi-task, be a team player and have good telephone skills as well as being proficient in IT, including use of Microsoft Office and Excel.
