Delivery Driver (Margam) - Van, Fuel & Insurance Provided

Maps Logistics Ltd is a delivery company based in Swansea, delivering high volumes of parcels on behalf of our clients and dedicated to the satisfaction of our customers.

Drive a company van safely and legally to deliver parcels within designated routes and time frames. Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance checks, loading/unloading, recording driving logs, ensuring parcel integrity, and following pre‑planned routes.

• Drive responsibly and within the law at all times, adhering to speed limits and road safety regulations.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is roadworthy, reporting any defects.
• Load the vehicle with due regard for safety, security, and parcel care.
• Record daily duties, hours worked, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Maintain safe, fuel‑efficient driving with hazard awareness.
• Follow the Highway Code and pre‑planned routes.
• Park vehicles legally and securely during collection and delivery duties.
• Account for all goods and scan them as required.

• Hold a UK or EU driving licence for at least 1 year.
• Less than 6 points on the licence.
• DBS check completed.
• Drug & Alcohol test completed on induction day.
• Previous delivery driver experience, preferably with Amazon, DPD, DHL, Parcel force, Evri, Tesco, etc.

• Fuel, van, insurance, and uniform provided.
• Set up as a sole trader with all taxation/administration managed by a third‑party provider.
• Paid weekly.
• Typically 9‑hour days.
• Paid training.
• Performance‑based rewards - loyalty bonus.

£155.40 per day (£121.50 + 20% VAT). Peak incentive:
Additional £8 per day (applicable from 02/11/2025 to 27/12/2025).
