Overview

We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join this talented brigade of legends cooking great Modern British cuisine. If you want to work in a tight-knit brigade, where you will be valued and supported by a great Head Chef, this opportunity is for you.

• £36,500 per annum
• Live in accommodation available (£75 per week)
• Working 45 hours per week
• A stunning countryside location just minutes from Stroud
• Fresh, seasonal menus with a strong focus on local produce

• Running your section with precision and pride
• Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with new menu ideas
• Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
• Supporting junior chefs and maintaining a positive kitchen culture
• Upholding hygiene and health & safety standards at all times

• Has experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef De Partie, ready to step up
• Takes real pride in their work and loves working with fresh food
• Is calm under pressure and thrives in a busy kitchen
