Quality Inspector
Location:
Nailsworth
Hours:
07.30 – 16.30 Monday to Thursday and 07.30 – 12.30 Friday
Salary: £32,500 – £36,500 DOE

We are recruiting for a Quality Inspector to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is a permanent opportunity offering an immediate start, working within a precision engineering environment supporting aerospace components.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct first-off, in-process and final inspections
- Complete inspection record sheets and goods reject notes
- Inspect aerospace components using micrometres, verniers and height gauges
- Operate CMM equipment including Aberlink (or similar)
- Use shadow graph and other metrology equipment
- Ensure all inspection activity complies with ISO 9001 standards
- Maintain full traceability and customer documentation
- Raise and support completion of 8D reports, NCRs and SCARs
- Maintain accurate scrap records and support corrective actions
