Our client, a leading green energy supplier, is looking for a Propositions Manager to join their team. As the Propositions Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative business energy products and tariffs
. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll work across Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure propositions remain competitive and relevant.

• Lead the development, delivery, and enhancement of business energy propositions, aligned with company strategy and customer needs
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including launches, performance tracking, and improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance existing tariffs and introduce innovative pricing structures
• Drive product improvements using KPIs, customer feedback, and market insights
• Develop and oversee project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with effective mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration across teams
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and motivation to achieve project goals
• Ensure products are successfully embedded into business-as-usual processes with appropriate handover and training

Skills and Experience required for the Propositions Manager:

• Experience with in energy or utilities sectors is preferable
• Background in project management, proposition development, or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Commercially aware with an understanding of market dynamics
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
