A leading green energy provider in Stroud is looking for two Metering Assistants to efficiently resolve gas and electricity meter queries. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple IT systems. Responsibilities include resolving queries, maintaining customer data, and supporting the delivery of Smart meters. The position offers a salary of £25,150 plus a £2,500 OTE, along with a hybrid working model and various benefits, such as healthcare and generous holiday allowance.
