Salary, Location and Benefits

£23,500 per annum pro rata

Location: Brimscombe, Stroud

Holidays: 25 days pa plus statutory pro rata

Pension: Auto enrolment pension in force (6% employer contribution)

Role Details

Job Title: Late Support Worker

Hours: 21 per week - rolling shift pattern

Location: Brimscombe, Stroud

Due to the nature of the work, this role is restricted to female applicants only.

Responsibilities

Our late support workers ensure that our standards of care are maintained and the security of our clients and property is maintained outside of day shifts. You are responsible for supervising and encouraging the residents to maintain the culture of treatment and recovery at the Nelson Trust and to manage effectively any issues that may arise. Applicants should be comfortable with lone working, and be confident to seek and give support to other lone working colleagues.

This role operates on a rolling shift pattern, to include some weekend and bank holidays.

Requirements

Experience or ability to work with residents in a care/support setting is desirable. Comfortable with lone working and able to seek and give support to colleagues. Willingness to work a rolling shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
