Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Female only support workers for a new service user who is on the autistic spectrum and requires additional support with day to day life skills, accessing the community and on activities. We have 6 other services in the stroud area - Dursely, Nailsworth, Cashes Green and Stonehouse where this is shared care and on occasions may be required to support in these services.

Previous experience with caring and supporting individual's who have complex needs such as Autism, Learning Difficulties, Mental Health, Behaviours that challenge, and Epilepsy is preferred, however is not essential as full training will be provided along with support from Senior Support Staff, our dedicated and experienced Management Team and our On Call Support Team.

Support Staff will be issued with a paid training incentive when attending face to face training and when required client specific training.
